BY MR ATOM LLC is a limited liability company established and operated exclusively as a passive intellectual property holding company. The entity does not conduct active business operations, provide services to external clients, or sell products. Its sole function is to own, protect, and license intellectual property assets to affiliated operating entities under formal intercompany licensing agreements. Active businesses carry risk. By separating intellectual property ownership from active business operations, we ensure that brand equity, creative work, and proprietary systems are protected independently of the day-to-day liabilities inherent in operating businesses.
